Settings
Every Settings tab, what it changes, and who can see it.
Settings is a list of tabs on the left, in four groups: System, Platform, Security and Administration. On a narrow screen the list becomes a drop-down above the page. Tabs that only make sense with more than one user are not shown on single-user editions (Community and Lite): they are removed, not greyed out.
System#
| Tab | What it shows or does |
|---|---|
| Status | Your profile; the platform version and build, system health, uptime, last start and virtualization; and, for administrators, service health, network health checks and whether the appliance is published through remote access. See Monitoring and health |
| Diagnostics | A health summary, the version, the classification content version, a collapsible list of service details and the Collect diagnostic bundle button. See The diagnostic bundle |
| Updates | Shows the installed version and build. See Updates |
Platform#
| Tab | What it shows or does |
|---|---|
| Network | The management address: automatic (DHCP) or a static address. Applying a change ends your session. Details below |
| AI | Which model the AI Generator calls. Details below |
| Remote access | WireGuard, and on Lite and Pro also Cloudflare Tunnel, Tailscale and Dynamic DNS. See Remote access |
| Images & storage | Disk use and the number and size of images. Details below |
Security#
| Tab | What it shows or does |

Administration#
| Tab | What it shows or does |

| Advanced | The network card environments use to reach your network, and one button that powers off every running environment. Details below |
| Config history | A link to the audit log, where configuration changes are recorded. Not shown on Community or Lite. See Audit log |
Who can see what#
- Every user sees Status, Diagnostics, Updates, Images & storage and Account. On Status, the service health, network and exposure cards are for administrators only.
- Administrators also see Network, AI, Remote access, Licensing, Backup & restore, Reset and Advanced. Collecting and downloading a diagnostic bundle needs an administrator.
- Users & access and Config history are administrator tabs that are also hidden on Community and Lite, which have one account.
- On Community and Lite, Account shows the password and two-factor cards only, and Advanced shows only the power-off button.
- An administrator-only tab shows Admin only. to any other user who opens it by its address.
Anything under Remote access changes how exposed the appliance is to the outside world. ONEP asks you to confirm each change and says what it will do.
Network#
The tab holds one card, Management interface. It shows the live state of the appliance. If the live state cannot be read, it says so and shows the last saved values.
- Choose an Address mode. Automatic (DHCP) or Static address.
- For a static address, fill in IP address, Subnet (prefix), Gateway, Primary DNS and, if you want, Secondary DNS, then choose Apply static IP.
- For DHCP, the card shows the current address, gateway and DNS. Choose Use DHCP to switch.
- Confirm. Your session ends. Reconnect at the new address. If the new gateway cannot be reached, the appliance reverts.
First-boot behavior is described in First boot and network.
AI#
A status line says whether the ONEP Assistant is connected. Under AI source you choose where the AI Generator sends its requests:
- Model on this appliance. Requests stay on the appliance. A Download recommended model button fetches a better model and restarts the assistant on it.
- External AI service (your own account). Requests go to the service you name. You enter its Base URL (an OpenAI-compatible address), a Model and an API key. The key is stored on the appliance and never shown again; paste a new one to replace it.
Choose Save to apply. See AI Generator. Each user can also pick a model for their own requests under Account; see Users and roles.
Images & storage#
- One bar per disk, with the percentage used and the free and total size. A bar turns amber at 70 percent used and red above 85 percent.
- An Images line with the number of images and their total size.
- A Storage areas list. Each area reads Ready, or states its problem and advises restarting ONEP and, if it persists, contacting support.
Advanced#
- Environment uplink. Choose the network card environments use to reach your network, then Apply. ONEP asks you to confirm, because it changes host networking and may briefly affect environments already using the current uplink. Not shown on Community or Lite.
- Power off all environments. The Power off all running environments button first lists the environments that are running. The confirmation names them and says it affects every user. Choose Power off all to proceed. Nothing is deleted.
