Terms and Conditions
In short
- ONEP runs on your own hardware. We do not host your environments or receive appliance telemetry in ONEP 1.0.0.
- One license covers one designated machine for the term stated in the license, normally one year.
- When a paid license expires, ONEP returns to Community after the applicable grace period. Your environments and data remain on your hardware.
- Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle.
- If a refund is granted after license issuance, you must stop using the refunded license and remove the licensed installation.
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply between AITDAAL ("we", "us" or "our") and you when you install, access, use or purchase ONEP.
By purchasing a license or using ONEP, you agree to these terms. If you purchase ONEP on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The platform
ONEP is a platform that you install and operate on your own hardware. We do not host or routinely access your environments.
ONEP 1.0.0 does not include telemetry that automatically sends appliance data to AITDAAL. Certain features you initiate, such as downloading content, obtaining container images or connecting to configured third-party AI services, may communicate with external services.
You are responsible for your hardware, network, backups, environment configuration and the third-party services you choose to connect.
For information about personal data processed through our website, purchases and support, see our Privacy Policy.
3. License
Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ONEP on one designated machine for the edition and term stated in your license.
The license is for your own internal use, including training, testing and research. You may not transfer the license to another machine without our prior approval. Contact us if you need to move your installation.
Except where applicable law permits, you must not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense ONEP.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble ONEP.
- Circumvent, tamper with or interfere with its licensing mechanisms.
- Remove or alter proprietary notices.
These restrictions do not apply to the extent that applicable law prohibits their enforcement.
4. Editions and prices
Available editions, features, limitations and prices are listed on our Editions page.
Prices are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and charged through Paddle where applicable.
ONEP Community is free to use. We may change prices, features and limits for future purchases. Changes to pricing or edition limits will not retroactively reduce the paid entitlement of an existing license during its agreed term.
5. Orders, payment and delivery
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, handles applicable taxes, issues invoices and processes approved refunds in accordance with its applicable terms and policies. Paddle handles customer service for payments, invoices and refunds; AITDAAL handles the product and your license.
ONEP licenses are issued by AITDAAL and delivered by email, normally within one business day of payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that you can receive your license.
Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policies also apply to purchases processed through Paddle. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights or Paddle's applicable obligations.
6. Cancellation and refunds
6.1 Before license issuance
You may request cancellation and a full refund before your ONEP license has been issued, subject to the applicable payment and refund procedures.
6.2 Digital delivery and cancellation rights
When placing an order, you may be offered the option to request license issuance before the end of an applicable statutory withdrawal period.
Any request for early performance, acknowledgment or consent concerning digital content will be obtained through the applicable checkout process where required by law.
Your statutory withdrawal rights are affected only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Purchasing a license or requesting early issuance does not automatically remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
6.3 After license issuance
ONEP does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind after a license has been issued, except where required by applicable law or approved under Paddle's applicable refund policy.
This restriction does not exclude remedies available for defective, faulty or misrepresented products, or any other mandatory consumer rights.
Refund requests may be submitted by contacting us at hello@onep.io or through Paddle's buyer support; they are decided under this policy and Paddle's refund policy.
6.4 Technical problems
If ONEP has a material technical problem that prevents it from working as described, contact us at hello@onep.io.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, attempt to resolve the problem or provide a corrected license. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to applicable law and Paddle's refund procedures.
6.5 Effect of a refund or chargeback
If a refund is granted after license issuance, you must stop using the refunded license and permanently delete or destroy the licensed ONEP virtual machine or other installation, including copies under your control.
After a refund, the customer must stop using and remove the refunded installation. A refunded or charged-back license is cancelled in our records; no further license, renewal or support is issued for that installation.
A chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of the relevant license entitlement, subject to applicable law and the outcome of the dispute.
Further information is available in our Refund Policy.
7. Expiry
Paid licenses are valid for the term stated in the license, normally one year.
When a paid license expires, a 14-day grace period applies. After the grace period, ONEP returns to Community edition, subject to Community edition features and limitations.
Your environments and data remain on your hardware. Expiry does not mean that AITDAAL will remotely delete your environments or data.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee that data will remain accessible if you modify, remove or reinstall your deployment or if your hardware fails.
8. Third-party images and licenses
ONEP is supplied without vendor device images and without third-party licenses unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for obtaining and using any device images, software, operating systems and third-party licenses required for your environments. You must comply with the terms imposed by the relevant rights holders.
Vendor names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Recognition, compatibility or use of a vendor's technology within ONEP does not imply endorsement by that vendor.
9. Acceptable use
ONEP is intended for training, testing and research.
You must use security tools and simulated vulnerable systems only in environments you own or are authorized to test. You must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others.
You are responsible for the systems you connect to external networks and for securing your deployment against unauthorized access.
We are not responsible for misuse of ONEP or for damage caused by your configuration, activities or connections to external systems.
10. Support and updates
Support entitlements depend on your edition and are described on our Editions page.
We may release patches, fixes, security updates and new versions from time to time. We do not guarantee a particular release schedule or that every feature will remain available indefinitely, except where required by applicable law or an existing contractual commitment.
You are responsible for applying updates and maintaining the security of your deployment.
11. Ownership
AITDAAL and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in ONEP, including its software, design, documentation, branding and associated intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted under these terms.
You retain your rights in the environments, configurations and content you create or supply, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
These terms do not transfer ownership of ONEP to you.
12. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ONEP is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every hardware configuration or suitable for every particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to ONEP or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ONEP license during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
13. Termination
You may stop using ONEP at any time.
We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach within 30 days after receiving written notice, where the breach can reasonably be remedied.
Where immediate action is legally necessary to address serious misuse, unlawful activity or a material security risk, we may take proportionate action as permitted by law.
Termination ends your contractual right to use the affected license. You must discontinue use and remove the installation where required by these terms or applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that are intended to survive it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before a court where applicable consumer law gives you that right.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
Changes apply to purchases made after the updated terms take effect. Changes will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to a previously purchased license during its agreed term, except where required by law or agreed with you.
