Refund Policy
In short
- ONEP Community is free to use. We encourage you to try it before purchasing a license.
- Before your license is issued, you may request a full refund.
- Once your license has been issued, change-of-mind refunds are not offered by ONEP, except where required by applicable law or granted by Paddle under its refund policy.
- If ONEP has a material technical problem that prevents it from working as described, we will work with you to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
- If a refund is granted after license issuance, you must stop using the refunded license and permanently remove the licensed ONEP installation.
1. Before your license is issued
You may request cancellation and a full refund before your ONEP license has been issued.
Licenses are normally issued within one business day of payment. To request cancellation, email us at:
hello@onep.io
Please include your order number so we can identify your purchase.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method where possible.
2. After your license is issued
A ONEP license is issued for use on a designated appliance.
Once the license has been issued, ONEP does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, a change in requirements, or a decision not to use the product, except where required by applicable law or approved under Paddle's refund policy.
A license renewal is a separate purchase and is subject to the same policy.
This section does not limit any statutory rights you may have or Paddle's authority to approve a refund under its applicable policies.
Refund requests may be submitted by contacting us at hello@onep.io or through Paddle's buyer support; they are decided under this policy and Paddle's refund policy.
3. If ONEP does not work as described
If you experience a material technical problem that prevents ONEP from working as described, contact us at hello@onep.io.
Please provide a description of the issue and relevant diagnostic information that you can safely share.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, attempt to resolve the issue or provide a corrected license.
If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be considered, subject to applicable law and Paddle's refund procedures.
Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights relating to defective, faulty, or misrepresented products.
4. Billing errors and incorrect purchases
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us with your order details. Verified duplicate charges will be submitted to Paddle for a refund.
If you purchase the wrong ONEP edition, contact us before activating or using the license. We will review the circumstances and determine whether an exchange or another suitable resolution is available.
Any refund must be processed through Paddle.
5. How refunds are processed
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for ONEP purchases made through Paddle. Paddle handles customer service for payments, invoices and refunds; AITDAAL handles the product and your license.
Paddle processes payments and approved refunds. Refund requests may be submitted through Paddle's buyer support service or by contacting us at hello@onep.io.
Refund eligibility is subject to:
- This policy.
- Paddle's applicable refund policy and buyer terms.
- Any additional rights provided by applicable law.
Paddle may assess refund requests at its discretion where its policy permits. A request does not guarantee approval.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and are processed according to Paddle's procedures.
6. Effect of a refund
ONEP licenses are issued for use on a designated appliance and are installed offline.
If a refund is granted after license issuance, the customer must:
- Immediately stop using the refunded license.
- Permanently delete or destroy the licensed ONEP virtual machine or other ONEP installation.
- Remove any copies of the licensed installation under their control.
- Stop using the refunded license on any appliance.
Destroying the physical host computer is not required. The obligation applies to the licensed ONEP installation and its copies.
After a refund, the customer must stop using and remove the refunded installation. A refunded or charged-back license is cancelled in our records; no further license, renewal or support is issued for that installation.
These requirements do not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law or override Paddle's applicable refund procedures.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where applicable law or Paddle's policies provide a refund or other remedy, those provisions take precedence over any conflicting restriction in this policy.
